With the weather getting cooler it’s a great time to sit back, relax and enjoy a nice warm cup of tea….and get some health benefits!
There are so many different types of teas out there. Herbal, loose leaf, tea bag, infusions, black, white…..the list goes on.
I recently came across a tea company who’s teas give you tonnes of health benefits in each cup ~ ‘Little China Teas‘.
They’re teas are traditional chinese medicine tonics which come in a range of blends. I’m trying the Cleanse and Skin tonics at the moment. The flavours are brand new to me, so it’s nice to try something different. I’m interested to see if I notice any health benefits!
Chinese Medicine Tonic Teas date back 3000 years and are a common part of Chinese culture. These tonics can help strengthen and balance the body with little effort……I’ll drink to that!
