Friday Night Dinner……what to have when you can’t be bothered!

juiceThis is what hubby and I eat on a Friday night when we can’t be bothered cooking…..

A platter of roast chicken, carrot and celery sticks, garlic hummus, cheese and 9 Grain Vita Wheats!
Plus a yummy juice made from: beetroot, orange, celery, cucumber, ginger, watermelon, lime, lemon, carrot, parsley…..I think that’s all!
